Tianyou Privacy Policy

1. Information we handle

We may process account and login data; birth date, time, place, profile, and relationship data; questions, settings, conversations, and reports; order amount, currency, status, and PayPal transaction identifiers; and, when you use ECPay, its transaction number, payment method, and callback status. We also process necessary device, security-log, cookie, and local-storage data. We do not store your PayPal password or full card number. When you use the Tianyou app, we may also collect a device notification identifier to send reminders and Apple/Google/Braintree payment receipt identifiers to verify orders and grant entitlements.

2. Why we use it

We use information to operate accounts, calculations and readings, save records, deliver reports, process payments and refunds, provide support, secure the service, meet legal duties, and improve the product.

When you request a reading, we use the information you submit and the context necessary for that request to automatically organize the corresponding content.

3. Third-party services and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may provide the minimum necessary information to contracted infrastructure, database, email, monitoring, and payment services. PayPal and ECPay handle payment data under their respective privacy policies and service rules; we receive only the transaction status and identifiers needed for order completion, amount matching, refunds, and fraud prevention, not full card numbers or payment passwords.

To provide that automated organization and content generation, we may provide the minimum necessary information to contracted service providers, requiring them to process it only on our instructions and to apply reasonable safeguards.

4. International processing

Some necessary services may process data outside your region. We use reasonable contractual, access-control, and data-minimization safeguards as required by applicable law.

5. Retention

We retain information only as needed for service delivery, disputes, security audits, accounting, and legal obligations, then delete, anonymize, or lawfully isolate it.

6. Security

We use reasonable transport encryption, authentication, access controls, key separation, logging, and backups. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion, withdraw consent, or object to processing. The account area supports certain export and deletion requests. Identity verification may be required.

8. Account and data deletion

Users of Tianyou (application ID: com.godgetyou.app) may request deletion of their entire account. They may also delete saved profiles and history without deleting the account.

To request full account deletion, open My in Tianyou and select Account and data deletion. Send an email from your registered address to the contact email below with the subject “Delete my Tianyou account”, and include your registered email address and requested deletion scope. We may verify account ownership to prevent unauthorized requests.

After account deletion, associated sign-in information, personal profiles, analyses, conversations, saved reports, and other personal data will be deleted or anonymized. Data remaining locally on a device can be removed by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.

Necessary order, payment, refund, fraud-prevention, security-audit, dispute, or legal-compliance records may be retained with restricted access for the legally required or necessary period. They will then be deleted or anonymized. We will process and respond after identity verification as required by applicable law.

9. Children

Users below the age of independent consent in their location should use the service only with guardian consent and guidance.

10. Cookies, local storage, and app data

Necessary cookies or local storage maintain login, language, security settings, and page state. In the app, your device keeps sign-in state, language setting, and recent profile identifier locally. This data stays on your device unless you actively submit it to our servers.

Non-essential analytics will be disclosed or offered with choices where required.
